DESIGN: "Mac" the U.S. Marine Pelican is a pelican that has the Marine Corps emblem on his chest and back with USMC on each wing. The original pelican now is now perched at the intersection of Garden and Palafox in downtown Pensacola. Chris Wolf, who served in the Marine Corps for over eight years, is the artist of the original bird.
